What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Julie & Janet, delivery times may differ from what you are used to. Our products ship directly from our suppliers, which helps us reduce storage and shipping costs and allows us to price our products competitively.
The average delivery time is 4 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at info@julie-janet.com. We will investigate the status of your package.

I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To return a product, contact our customer service at info@julie-janet.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 from the confirmation email), and the reason for returning the item. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can ship the product using a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?
Returns are at the consumer's expense. Costs depend on the courier used. Please check the courier's website for pricing details.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive the item. Conditions for returns:

  • The return period has not expired.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels attached.

  • The product has not been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please send an email with your full name and email address to info@julie-janet.com. We will assist you promptly.
